The big exchange is our campaign to ensure that all young people have a voice in their various communities. This will:

Create young people’s forums to give them a voice in their communities and beyond

•

Facilitate a manifesto for young people, particularly with those who are most excluded

•

Build the capacity of staff and volunteers who work with young people across CYP’s network

As part of The Big Exchange CYP is developing an online community of youth workers, using blogs and forums to share ideas and spark debate. CYP's webspace is also open for member clubs and projects to use to boost their own profiles.

CYP is working with member organisations and partners to hold youth forums throughout the UK and involve young people in all decision-making processes.
